We are not a security installer. We do not supply, install, commission, maintain, or guarantee any alarm systems, CCTV equipment, smart doorbells, or any other security hardware or software. Our role is limited to connecting you with qualified third-party professionals.

By submitting an enquiry through our website, you consent to your contact details and property information being shared with our network of certified installers and referral partners, who may contact you directly with quotes and information. Any contract for the supply and installation of security equipment is made solely and directly between you and the relevant third-party installer. Smart Alarms is not a party to any such contract and accepts no responsibility or liability in connection with it.

• The accuracy of any quote, estimate, or recommendation provided by an installer
• Whether any installer holds or maintains the certifications or accreditations they claim to hold (e.g. NSI, SSAIB)
• The conduct, performance, or reliability of any installer introduced through our service

Any dispute, claim, or complaint arising from an installation or from your dealings with an installer must be directed to that installer directly. Smart Alarms will not act as a mediator or adjudicator in any such dispute.

Smart Alarms may receive a referral fee or commission when you are connected with an installer through our platform. This commercial arrangement does not affect the impartiality of our service or the information we display. We do not favour any particular installer on the basis of commercial arrangements.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our audit form
• Use the website in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law
